My Humps My Humps

From Slate:
"My Humps" is a moment that reminds us that categories such as "good" and "bad" still matter. Relativism be damned! There are bad songs that offend our sensibilities but can still be enjoyed, and then there are the songs that are just really bad -- transcendentally bad, objectively bad. As a piece of music, "My Humps" is a stunning assemblage of awful ideas.

Yeah, I used to think I really liked Fergie and BEP...until I heard her talking about her lovely lumps.

Funny; After listening to the album all the way through the first time, that was the song that I enjoyed the most. Different strokes. ;)

Hi Pauline! For the past two days, that song has been taking up space in my head previously alotted to solving nonlinear equations. Now I find myself using the construction of Fergie's immortal lines with almost any single-syllable noun plurals. For example, in McDo, one might ask someone to pass the fries -- "Those fries. Those fries. Those lovely little fries."

Hi Ian! At first I thought you were another Ian. But I was wrong. Still, all Ians are welcome here!
